How to Apply for HEC Undergraduate Scholarship for FATA and Balochistan 2024
- Apply online at the HEC website application portal.
- Hard copies of the documents are not required right now.
- A PKR 500 application processing fee must be paid through the HBL account. The original bank payment record or slip must be uploaded with the online application. To present at the testing facility, the original slip needs to be retained.
- Carefully fill out the online form and submit it. Applications that are not complete will not be accepted.
- The online application form must be submitted by Monday, November 20, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for HEC Undergraduate Scholarship 2023
To be eligible for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarship 2023, applicants are required to possess a local Certificate/Domicile of Balochistan/FATA. Additionally, candidates must have completed a 12-year education with a minimum of 60% marks in FA/FSc/ICom/ICS/DAE or an equivalent qualification. The maximum age limit for applicants is 22 years as of the closing date. Candidates need to obtain the necessary academic qualifications on or before the closing date.
Please note that individuals who are currently benefiting from any other HEC/Government Scholarship are not eligible to apply.

- The standard tuition price as well as additional costs up to Rs. 60,000 for housing per semester or year.
- A monthly living stipend of Rs. 6,000 with yearly increases of Rs. 500 is provided.
- An annual book allowance of Rs. 5,000.
- An annual travel allowance of Rs. 5,000.
- A one-time initial settling stipend of Rs. 10,000 is granted for the duration of the study.
